Over the 2020-2021 academic year the provosts office will be assessing the "Diversity" Institutional Learning Outcome (ILO) which reads: "Westmont graduates will effectively analyze topics and human experiences using categories such as race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, socio-economic status, and disability with respect to a biblical vision of human flourishing." The last assessment of the "Diversity" ILO was during the 2016-2017 school year. The 2016 "Diversity ILO Interim Report" and "2016 Faculty/Staff Survey" can be found here.
